SF Parks Submits Plans for Spectacular Leisure Complex at Golden Gate Holiday Centre

SF Parks has recently submitted plans for a state-of-the-art leisure complex at its Golden Gate Holiday Centre in Towyn. The proposed development includes a six-lane bowling alley, rooftop bar, extended amusement arcade, and relocated reception and offices.

The aim of these revamped facilities is to complement the existing swimming pool and recently renovated clubhouse on-site. The company also intends to extend the park’s operating season from seven and a half months to ten and a half months in order to boost the local economy and create more full-time jobs. This would allow both caravan owners and the public to enjoy these high-quality attractions for almost the entire year.

Directors Oliver and Jonathan Seldon, who are behind this significant investment, have a vision of establishing Towyn as a popular tourist destination. They believe that attracting visitors to the area throughout the year is crucial for the town and the surrounding areas. In conjunction with the plan to extend the park’s season, SF Parks aims to transform the leisure facilities and enhance the overall experience for their loyal customers.

Oliver Seldon mentioned that the company plans to make similar improvements at their other parks as well. Their ultimate goal is to create high-quality facilities for families to enjoy. The feedback they have received from park owners, the community, and local businesses has been overwhelmingly positive, and there is a strong desire for more activities, employment opportunities, and a thriving Towyn all year round.

SF Parks owns several other holiday parks including White House, Riverside, Sun Valley, and Sirior Bach. They recently received approval for a new high ropes course, spa, sauna, gym complex, and wine bar at White House Leisure Park. This will be followed by an upgrade to Jakes family restaurant and pub, an amusement arcade, a cinema room, and a soft play area. The park already offers facilities such as a crazy golf course and various food and drinks outlets.

These extensive plans indicate SF Parks’ commitment to ongoing investment and improvement across their portfolio of parks, with a focus on creating exceptional facilities and providing enjoyable experiences for families.
