Administrative Assistant/Business Bookkeeping

We have a full time employment opportunity available for in business bookkeeping. Perform administrative and office support with duties including answering phones and scheduling service calls. Responsible for book keeping functions using QuickBooks. Recording financial transaction, posting debits and credits, producing invoices, maintaining and balancing general ledgers and historical.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Accounts Payable
  • Payroll
  • Human Resources
  • Billing/Accounts Receivable
  • Inventory
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation
  • Maintaining service work orders/scheduling technicians
  • Document preparation and other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong Accounting/Bookkeeping education/experience required.
  • Three years minimum of Quickbooks experience preferred.
  • Candidate most have administrative/office experience.
  • Good, accurate data entry skills are a must.
  • Strong attention to detail

Salary:
