Production Supervisor - Carfair Composites (Gillett, WI)

Job Description

Carfair Composites is looking for a Production Supervisor for our Gillett, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. As a key member of our production team, the Production Supervisor is responsible for coordination and production of orders. The incumbent will maintain employee relations, morale, and competitive work attitude, implement new processes, procedures flow, and layouts as provided by the Plant Manager. This position is also responsible to maintain and control levels of staffing to ensuring proper utilization of personnel.

This is a day shift position working Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm. Must have flexibility for working before and/or after the shift as well as on Fridays as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, a sstrong knowledge of MS Office and we would prefer someone with Lean Manufacturing experience.

• Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)
