Snow Removal Wanted $3,750/month contract!

The Sharper Edge, Inc. is looking to sub out 1 apartment complexes in Shawano, WI. The total contract for the apartment complex guarantees a payment of $15,000 from December 1st, 2019 thru March 31st, 2020. Any snow services prior to OR after those contract dates can bill us our hourly time and material rate which will be provided upon accepting contract.

Agreement guarantees the Subcontractor a payment of $15,000 for the work to be done between December 1st, 2019 and March 31, 2020. amount will be divided equally over four months in the amount of $3,750. Payment will be sent the first week of each proceeding month of the contract. For example: the contracted month of December, payment will be sent out the first full week of January so between January 5th - January 11th you would receive the first of four payment.

The locations for the work to be performed by Subcontractor during and after any hazardous winter weather events are at the following locations in Shawano, WI:

 

Murphy Development

Nature's Way Estates (12 Buildings)

The work to be performed at the locations listed above by Subcontractor during and after any hazardous winter weather events is as follows:

  • Plow main entrances to apartment parking lots (Service when there is 1” or more of accumulation)
  • Plow main drives within parking lots and any available parking stalls of 2 or more consecutive open parking spots (Service when there is 1” or more of accumulation)
  • Shovel Sidewalks leading into apartment buildings. This includes main doorway area to the buildings, concrete sidewalks & the blacktop area which extends into parking lots must be cleared. Murphy Management has yellow/white lines painted to give you a guideline as to how far to shovel into parking lot. (Service upon completion of any accumulation of snow/ice.)
  • Shovel snow away from any garage doors when 3” or more of snow accumulates in front of garages. (Service upon completion of any accumulation of 3” or more of snow.)
  • Salt parking lots with rock salt (Service upon completion of any snow/ice event)
  • Salt Sidewalks “LIGHTLY” leading into apartment building. This includes main doorway area to the buildings, concrete sidewalks & the blacktop area which extends into parking lots must be cleared. Murphy Management has yellow/white lines painted to give you a guideline as to how far to salt into parking lot. (Service upon completion of any hazardous winter weather event snow/ice)

Failure to provide satisfactory service could result in a cancellation of this contract OR a reduced monthly pay. If for any reason you fail to perform any of the services above and do not correct it after being contacted by the on site manager, The Sharper Edge, Inc. reserves the right to hold AND/OR reduce the contracted/monthly amount for not performing the expected services listed above. If for any reason The Sharper Edge, Inc. has to perform any of the listed services for you, we will also deducted that from your contracted/monthly amount based on the time & materials it takes to complete the services (including travel time).

Materials for this work will be provided by YOU and have been considered in the contracted amount listed above. The Subcontractor will be responsible for providing labor and managing the various winter weather events as stated above.

It is understood that the service contract will be started for any hazardous winter weather events on and after December 1, 2019 and will continue servicing for any hazardous winter events in between until March 31, 2020. If winter weather conditions happen prior to December 1st, 2019 OR beyond March 31, 2019 we will negotiate labor and material rates accordingly if/when that time arrives.

The Sharper Edge, Inc. “General Contractor” will be responsible to fix any turf related damages from the winter services provided by the Subcontractor. The Subcontractor must provide a certificate of insurance in case there are any accidents such as damaged buildings, vehicles or any structures on both properties listed above during any of the services performed. The Subcontractor must also provide a W-9 as well.
