The company’s current office space at 300 W. Golf Rd. will be relocated to a 4,200 sq. ft. ground floor space in the new mixed-use Prospect Place development, which is still under construction at 1 W. Prospect Ave.
The move to downtown Mount Prospect offers numerous advantages for the company and its clients. According to Mark Pullinger, Vice President of Marketing, the new location is conveniently situated next to the train station and shops, making it easier for clients to access and find the company. From a branding perspective, being in the heart of Mount Prospect will allow Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate to engage with people more effectively. The contemporary design of the new space will also provide better access to technology.
The transition to the downtown location will be led by long-time residents and real estate professionals, Tom and Mary Zander.
