The Gillett News Team is Considering the Release of a Monthly Printed Edition
As more and more people have given their feedback to the Gillett News Team on how they can improve and expand their services, one suggestion has been suggested more than any other: “release a printed edition.”
The release of a monthly printed edition would primarily benefit those who have no or limited access to the internet, specifically our community’s older generation
“We would love to release a printed edition the problem is the cost to do so. Gillett News was developed and currently operates on a very small budget. Nevertheless, there seems to be a high demand for a printed edition so we’re looking into ways to do it. One idea we’ve had to fund a printed release is through sponsorship but we’re still working on the details. We would like to hear from any local businesses, organizations and/or residents that would be interested in sponsoring a printed release if we decide to move forward with the idea.” said Gillett News Director Jacob Steldt.

| Format: | Regular paper, stapled, color |
| Content: | Local news, announcements, upcoming events, etc. |
| Cost: | FREE |
| Distribution:: | Issues could be distributed at local locations such as: Gillett Shell, R-Store, OJ’s, Spirits, Pat’s Market, etc. (please note none of these locations have been contacted and these are just general ideas for locations) |
