Kajol Adds to Real Estate Portfolio with Posh Mumbai Office Space

Kajol, the renowned Bollywood actress known for her performances in films such as ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ and ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, has recently made a significant addition to her real estate portfolio. According to reports, she has purchased a luxurious office space in Mumbai for a staggering amount of Rs 7.64 crore.

The deal for the property was finalized on July 28th, and the documents accessed by Propstack reveal that the unit was bought from Veer Savarkar Projects Private Limited. The office space spans across 194.76 square meters (2095.4 sq. ft.) and is situated within the Signature Building in Oshiwara, Andheri West.

The Signature Building holds a prime location next to the esteemed Lotus complex, which serves as the headquarters for prominent Bollywood production houses like Reliance Entertainment, Banijay Asia, and Abundantia Entertainment. It is a sought-after area in Mumbai, popular among celebrities and industry giants.

Interestingly, Kajol’s husband, Ajay Devgn, has also made investments in the same building earlier this year. He purchased five office units for a total of Rs 45 crore. The properties include three office spaces on the 16th floor, covering a built-up area of 8,405 square feet, and two office spaces on the 17th floor, with a combined built-up area of 4,893 square feet.

This recent acquisition of a lavish office space in Mumbai adds to Kajol’s already impressive real estate holdings. In April this year, she bought an apartment in Juhu for Rs 16.50 crore, which offers a carpet area of 2,493 square feet and comes with four reserved parking spaces. Additionally, she owns two apartments in Juhu’s Ananya building, purchased for Rs 11.95 crore last year.

Moreover, Kajol and Ajay Devgn own a luxurious bungalow in London’s prestigious Park Lane area, estimated to be worth Rs 54 crore. With these investments, it is evident that the power couple has a diverse and extensive real estate portfolio.
