Missing Appleton Man’s Car Found in Northern Oconto County
Missing Appleton man Nicholas Hietpas and his German Shepard, Samantha
Local authorities seek the public’s help in locating missing Appleton man Nicholas Hietpas, 22, who was reported missing to Appleton Police April 1, 2019.
The Oconto County Sheriff’s Department said Nicholas’s black 2012 Ford Fusion was found in Northern Oconto County near State Highway 64 and Shadow Lake Road, in the Town of Doty.
Authorities said he may be accompanied by his white German Shepherd, Samantha.
