    Standard Real Estate Investments Invests in Woodridge Industrial Center

    Standard Real Estate Investments, a minority-owned national real estate investment and development firm, has made an equity investment in the Woodridge Industrial Center. The investment was made through Standard Real Estate Investments’ new $150 million investment vehicle.

    The Woodridge Industrial Center, a 217,000-square-foot logistics facility, will be developed by Trammell Crow Company (TCC). The facility is situated on a 17-acre parcel in the Village of Woodridge, Illinois, and is expected to be completed by the summer of 2024. Located at 8110 Lemont Road, the industrial center is conveniently located just two miles north of the I-55/I-355 interchange and will feature modern industrial amenities.

The facility is located on a rare infill site within the Village of Woodridge, providing easy access to the inner core of Chicago within a 40-minute drive. Additionally, the facility offers efficient connectivity to a population of over four million people within a 20-mile radius.
