    Amazon Warehouse Seeks Short-Term Tenant

    The Pinellas Park site of Amazon’s last-mile consumer delivery terminus has been completed, but the space is currently vacant. Amazon doesn’t require the site for three years and is looking for a short-term tenant to occupy the 114,334-square-foot building on 45th Street. The property, which features loading docks and parking spaces, was sold to SFG STPK LM Pinellas Park LLC for over $63.4 million. JLL is responsible for listing the property for sublease.

    Renovated Belleaire Estate Sells for $2.8 Million

    A Belleaire home at 1579 Alexander Road, which underwent extensive renovation, has been sold for $2.8 million. The 4,686-square-foot estate, constructed in 1993, features high-end finishes, a wine cellar, wet bar, and modern amenities. The property includes entertainment space, a pool, and upgraded kitchen appliances. Natalie Scott with Compass Florida LLC represented the sellers, while Eva Nygaard with Capstone Realty and Associates represented the buyers.

    Dunedin Waterfront Home Sells for $5.25 Million

    A waterfront home in Dunedin Isles has been sold in a $5.25 million deal. The six-bedroom home at 1720 Santa Barbara Dr. offers 12,571 square feet of space, including waterfront balconies and a guest house. The property boasts oak floors, high ceilings, and a newly added temperature-controlled wine cellar. Additionally, it features a gym space, boat dock, and pool with Gulf of Mexico views. Jessica Sanchez with Keller Williams Realty represented the sellers, while Nancy Leslie with Re/Max Realtec Group Inc. represented the buyers.

    Salad-Focused Drive-Thru Restaurant to Open in St. Pete

    A new salad-focused restaurant called Greenlane is set to open a location at 8011 4th St. in St. Pete. Created by J. Christopher Burch, the founder and CEO of Burch Creative Capital, Greenlane is known for its chopped salads and wraps. The company currently has a location on Gandy Boulevard in Tampa, and details about the opening date for this new branch are yet to be disclosed.
